With 30 years of experience and a passion for Mexican food, we feel proud about serving freshly prepared dishes ranging from typical tacos, enchiladas, burritos, chile rellenos and tamales to homemade mole, Michoacán style carnitas, chile colorado (beef in red sauce), chile verde (pork in green sauce) and many other authentic dishes. Our sauces, stews, and salsas are made with high quality ingredients and are prepared in small batches to preserve freshness and flavor. Our guacamole, salsas and crispy tortilla chips are prepared daily, we also offer fresh guacamole made right at the table. We use high quality meats, poultry and sea food to prepare a range of exquisite dishes like our carne asada, carne al pastor (Marinated pork chop), shrimp ala diabla, arroz con pollo, tasty fajitas, unique salads, Baja style shrimp and fish tacos, our popular street style tacos and many other delicious dishes. We also prepare homemade desserts such as flan, deep fried ice-cream and churros.

What is Mexican food without a good margarita? Accompanied by a full bar, we proudly serve unique margaritas like our chilly mango margaritas made with our home made sweet sour chili sauce inspired by our favorite child hood Mexican goodies, refreshing tropical margaritas like the Tropicana margarita made with tequila and coconut rum, the prickly pear margarita made with prickly pear pure and lime juice, the cucumber or jalapeno margarita and many more! We also have broad selection of popular tequilas and if you no like tequila, no worry Gringo! We also have a great variety of vodkas, whiskeys and beer! During week days, we offer lunch specials from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, happy hour from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the whole restaurant, weekend happy hour 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the bar only and kids eat free on Tuesdays.

Rafael has always dreamed of owning a Mexican restaurant but started with humble beginnings. Working his way up from dishwasher, cook, server, bartender to manager, he learned every aspect of the restaurant business. Along the way, he learned that his greatest joy is seeing customers savor authentic food in a family-like atmosphere. Rafael held on to his recipes handed down through generations and never lost sight of his dreams. Today, he is the very proud owner of Azul Tequila, but Rafael never forgets his humble beginnings and his love for his customers.
